A Build in Process

Together with their partners, Windsor Development Group and Northbow Partners, Red Clay Development Partners is under construction on Element at the Grove – a 324-unit Class A multifamily community located within the new The Grove at Wendell mixed-use project in Wendell, North Carolina. Red Clay closed on the land acquisition and construction loan with First Horizon Bank in March of 2022 and is scheduled to deliver the community’s clubhouse and first residential building July of 2023. Stay tuned for more photo updates as construction continues.
